Explosion may occur by triggering from an energy splash as a result of mixture of gases evaporated by air at appropriate ratios.
This energy may be a small spark or static electric. Danger types and limits in the environment are summarized below.
Dangerous areas which are called "Zone" are equipped specially to prevent the equipments used from causing explosion.
The system which is called "Exproof" ensures protection of the equipments containing or transmitting energy depending of the desired class against the possibility of “Spark”. This application is also certified.

Use of protective equipment is inevitable especially in chemistry, powder, gas and petrochemistry sector.
Insurance institutions, regulations in force and quality managements do not permit use of uncertified equipment in this matter.
Electric engines, panels, equipment carrying electric power and contained in such environments with an explosive danger, fire alarm systems, lighting and warning equipments should be made “protective against explosion”.
“Exproof” products with various types are imported from our suppliers making manufacturing in Europe and are ATEX certified or electric engines used in risky areas are made protective against explosion by special order in the country.

Safety systems preventing explosion (Exproof Protection Systems) are delivered on turnkey basis as “Gaseous Extinguishing” or “Ventilation” systems triggered by special detection systems to air channels where power, gas or rich air mixed inflammable matter particles in the industry, reactor, closed circuit manufacturing lines, store and filling tanks.
All products are certified and assembly workmanship and designs are made subject to approval from abroad.

Application of these systems is recommended especially in such manufacturing areas where foods or raw material with small particles are processed. Factories processing granulated sugar, grain elevators, flour, cacao, starch and grain flours, cement and sectors containing grinders or mills in the method of manufacturing are protected against “dust explosion”. Likewise, facilities including thread industry, wood chipping sector, dye industry, metal industry manufacturing folio are under a similar risk.
In case true data is obtained as a result of the survey to be conducted in the risk area, its project and calculations, design are made by us and installed by approval of the supplier and its inspections are carried out and then delivered on turnkey basis.
