In case some of the extinguishing agent remains in the system, it should be emptied fully before refilling,

Persons and institutions responsible for filling and maintenance must obtain authorization certificate from the Ministry concerned,

Persons and institutions without an authorization certificate may not be permitted to furnish after-sales services.
